To keep scheduling, inventory, and treatment planning consistent—and to ensure every purchase is handled with the same level of care—please review the policy below before completing your online order.

In-Spa Redemption Only (No Shipping)

All items purchased through our online store are redeemed in person at The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Raleigh. We do not ship skincare products or gift boxes at this time.

How pickup/scheduling works:

  • Our team will contact you when your skincare, gift box, or product order is ready for pickup.
  • For quicker scheduling or pickup coordination, please call us during business hours at (919) 813-0043.

Treatments + Bundles (Consultation May Be Required)

Some treatments and bundles require a consultation prior to scheduling to confirm candidacy and ensure the safest, most appropriate plan.

  • If a consultation is required, your online purchase will be applied as a credit toward your recommended treatment plan.
  • If a treatment is not appropriate for you, we will guide you toward an alternative using store credit.

Refunds + Store Credit

All online purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the original payment method (except where required by law). This includes skincare products, treatments, bundles, prepaid services, specials, memberships, and gift cards.

We understand plans can shift, so we offer store credit when cancellation timing allows:

1) Cancellations with 48+ Hours’ Notice

If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment/service/class (including consultations), we will issue a full store credit for the amount paid.

2) Late Cancellations + No-Shows (Less Than 48 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled start time—or a missed appointment without notice—will result in forfeiture of payment, and no credit will be issued.

Store Credit Details

  • Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash.
  • Credits may not be combined with select promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • In exceptional situations, we may adjust credits at our discretion.

Memberships (Monthly Auto-Renew)

Membership perks begin immediately on the date of purchase. Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on the same date each month as your enrollment date (the date you purchased).

To avoid the next month’s charge, memberships must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date. Membership charges are non-refundable once processed.

  • VIP Silver Xeomin Membership — $126/month
  • VIP Gold Xeomin Membership — $208/month
  • VIP Aesthetics Membership — $99/month

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, and are redeemable in person at our Raleigh location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

Cancellations are based on the time received during business hours. Messages received after hours will be treated as received the next business day.
