1) In-Spa Redemption Only (No Shipping)

All items purchased through our online store are redeemed in person at The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Raleigh.

  • We do not ship skincare products, gift boxes, or any online purchases at this time.
  • Skincare and gift box orders are prepared for pickup. We’ll contact you when your order is ready.
  • Treatments, bundles, specials, and memberships must be scheduled and redeemed in the med spa.

Important: An online purchase does not automatically schedule an appointment and does not reserve time on our calendar. To redeem treatment purchases, you should call during business hours to schedule.

2) Refunds + Store Credit

All online purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the original form of payment (except where required by law). This includes skincare products, treatments, bundles, prepaid services, memberships, specials, and gift cards.

When eligible, we may offer store credit as outlined below.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser
  • Is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law)
  • Is valid for 12 months from the date issued

3) Treatments + Bundles (Consultation May Be Required)

Some treatments and bundles require a consultation prior to scheduling to ensure safety, eligibility, and the right plan.

  • If a consultation is required, your online purchase will be applied as a credit toward your recommended treatment plan.
  • If a purchased treatment is not clinically appropriate, we will guide you toward a suitable alternative using store credit.

4) Cancellation of Appointments Booked From an Online Purchase

If you book an appointment (including a consultation) using an online purchase:

  • 48+ hours’ notice: you will receive a full store credit for the amount paid.
  • Less than 48 hours / no-show: payment is forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

Cancellations must be submitted by phone or email. Cancellations are based on the time received during business hours; messages received after hours are treated as received the next business day.

5) Memberships (Monthly Auto-Renew)

Membership benefits begin immediately on the date of purchase. Membership payments are monthly and automatically renew on the same date each month (your enrollment date), unless cancelled in time.

To avoid the next month’s charge, memberships must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

  • VIP Silver Xeomin Membership
  • VIP Gold Xeomin Membership
  • VIP Aesthetics Membership

Important notes:

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Cancellation stops future billing; it does not reverse prior charges.
  • You may cancel by phone or email (confirmation available upon request).

6) Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and redeemable in person at our Raleigh location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

7) Pickup Window (Skincare + Gift Boxes)

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. If an order is not picked up within a reasonable time, we may restock the item and convert the purchase to store credit for later redemption.
