You can use arnica for injection bruising after a procedure. Arnica supplements can be taken before the injection or every six hours after. Taking an arnica supplement pre/post injection helps reduce the risks of swelling and bruising.
How to use Arnika Forte Topical Roller: Apply to an injected area in a circular motion. Apply twice per day as needed.

How to use Arnika Forte Capsules: Start dosing 1 to 2 days prior to your procedure by taking 1 capsule twice a day. For a dermal filler injection, you can start taking the capsule on the day of injection.
